What's Involved?
Do you have some general questions or concerns but unsure if you need to see a vet? Our team of nurses can perform a non-diagnostic general health, dental and wellness check and guide you to seek care from your primary veterinary clinic if necessary. Please note: Our veterinary nurses work within our scope of practice and do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications.
Cancellation Policy
1. Animal Temperament, Safety & Incomplete Services The safety and wellbeing of our nurses, clients, and pets is our highest priority. If a service cannot be completed due to an animal becoming overly stressed, uncooperative, aggressive, or posing a safety risk to the nurse, the owner, or the pet itself, the appointment may be discontinued at the nurse’s discretion. It is the responsibility of the pet's owner to be aware of their pet’s temperament, handling tolerance, and stress levels prior to booking a home visit. 2. Service Area Our mobile veterinary nursing services are provided within a defined service area including Gold Coast, Logan & South Brisbane Suburbs. Bookings outside this area may be declined or may incur an additional travel fee, which will be discussed prior to confirmation. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee.
