Our minimum home visit charge is $50. We offer many services available for this price as well as heavily discounted packages for multiple services. We also offer discounts for multi-pet bookings.
Yes - for most pets, home visits are significantly less stressful. Being in a familiar environment reduces anxiety, especially for cats, senior pets, anxious dogs, and pets that dislike car rides or waiting rooms.
That’s exactly why we exist.
We use fear-free, low-stress handling techniques and always work at your pet’s pace. If a pet becomes too stressed to safely complete the service, we’ll stop — your pet’s welfare always comes first.
Please let us know in advance if your pet has a history of aggression, biting, or anxiety.
A mobile veterinary nurse is a qualified veterinary nurse who visits your home to provide routine pet care. We work alongside veterinarians but specialize in non-diagnostic, non-surgical services that don’t require a clinic visit.
Most appointments take 15–45 minutes, depending on the service and your pet’s temperament.
Multi-pet households or grooming appointments may take longer.
No. As veterinary nurses, we do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication.
If we notice anything concerning during your visit, we’ll provide professional guidance and recommend follow-up with your regular veterinarian.
We can work with pets that are nervous or reactive, however safety is our priority.
• Pets with a known bite history must wear a muzzle
• Services may be stopped if it’s unsafe to continue
• No refunds are given if a service cannot be completed due to behaviour
Please be honest about your pet’s temperament so we can plan appropriately.
If your pet becomes too stressed or unsafe to continue, the visit fee still applies.
This covers our time, travel, and professional expertise.
Yes. A card is required on file to secure your booking and help prevent late-notice cancellations. Card details are stored securely and payment is not processed until the end of your appointment.
Yes, we are fully insured.
While we take every precaution, by booking you acknowledge that we accept no responsibility for accidents or injuries that may occur during handling.
