Our nurses are confident and skilled in the handling and performing of various grooming services on cats of all breeds, ages and temperaments. ⭐ 100% 5-Star Reviews 🐾 Qualified Vet Nurses 🏡 Home Visits Across the Gold Coast Our Cat Grooming Options: De-Shed + Nails: For cats that have no matted fur but need their undercoat de-shedded and brushed out. Great for elderly cats that are no longer grooming themselves properly - prevention for future matting. Minor De-Matting + Nails: For Cats who have small matted areas that need to be shaved or cut out but majority of the coat is able to be left untouched. This service also includes de-shedding to prevent future matting. Includes a brush out & Nail Trim. Sanitary Trim + Nails: For long-haired cats, a gentle trim of the fur around the bottom to keep the area clean when toileting. Includes a brush out & Nail Trim. Full Body Shave + Nails: For Cats who have a large amount of matted fur requiring a full body shave. This is often necessary for elderly cats who no longer groom themselves or cats with chronic skin conditions. A full body shave (also known as a "lion clip") includes a short clipper shave from the neck to the rump. Leaving the fur on the head, feet and tail. Heavy Matting Surcharge: Please apply this to your booking if your cat is heavily matted. Removing severely matted fur is a delicate and complex process that cannot be rushed due to risk of skin tear injuries. This surcharge allows our nurses additional time to work with your cat and complete the groom in a safe, stress-free manner.
Cancellation Policy
1. Animal Temperament & Safety The safety and wellbeing of our nurses, clients, and pets is our highest priority. If a service cannot be completed due to an animal becoming overly stressed, aggressive, or posing a safety risk to the nurse, owner, or the pet itself, the appointment may be concluded at the attending nurse’s discretion. It is the responsibility of the pet's owner to be aware of their pet’s temperament, handling tolerance, and stress levels prior to booking a home visit as our minimum visit fee of $50 will still apply if the service cannot be completed safely. 2. Service Area Our mobile veterinary nursing services are provided within a defined service area including Gold Coast, Logan & South Brisbane Suburbs. Bookings outside this area may be declined or may incur an additional travel fee, which will be discussed prior to appointment if required. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee.
